Elin is an award-winning producer, media creator, and host. Her work has been reported on in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, The New Yorker, Salon, Rolling Stone Magazine, among others.
She wrote, produced and, in the newest season, co-hosted The Turning, an award-winning documentary podcast that intimately explores insular groups with blurry power dynamics. The series charted in the top 25 on Apple Podcasts, made The New York Times’ top ten podcasts of the year, and was named the No. 1 podcast of 2023 by The Atlantic.
Her work has earned the Livingston Award for International Reporting and a Gracie Award for Best Entertainment Podcast. Other audio series she’s hosted include Break in a Cold Case and Comebacks from the Cold.
